Gun Grab Using Nut Excuse Part 9 There are over 20,000 gun laws infringing on the Second Amendment to Bill of Rights all ready. Nuts have shot people before. Diagnosed with severe anxiety disorder while still a child and placed under treatment, years later Seung-Hui Cho committed the Virginia Tech massacre in 2007. Federal privacy laws had prohibited Virginia Tech from being informed of Cho's mental health problems. Seung-Hui Cho's behavior was even more bizarre than the average college student when he stalked three women. Once Cho went totally silent and refused to his roommates or anyone else. Cho was involuntarily committed to a mental institution for ONE NIGHT, then for no apparent reason, set free to initiate the deadliest mass shooting by an individual in U.S. history. Jared Loughner, the 2011 Tucson, Arizonia shopping mall shooter, acted obviously disturbed at Pima Community College. Carl Grace, tattoo artist for Jared Loughner's tattoo session afterward remarked: "That's a weird dude. That's a Columbine candidate." Loughner's behavior was such that one of Loughner's teachers, Ben McGahee, had filed numerous complaints against him, in an attempt to have him removed from class. McGahee had been in fear so much so that he said,"When I turned my back to write on the board," "I would always turn back quickly -- to see if he had a gun." Pima Community College student Lynda Sorensen. on her first day at school, emailed her friends about Loughner: "We do have one student in the class who was disruptive today, I'm not certain yet if he was on drugs (as one person surmised) or disturbed. He scares me a bit. The teacher tried to throw him out and he refused to go, so I talked to the teacher afterward. Hopefully he will be out of class very soon, and not come back with an automatic weapon." (Note: an "automatic weapon" is actually a very expensive fully-automatic machine gun requiring special background inclusive paperwork and and a $250 license from the federal government.) Sorensen is speaking of "semi" automatic. The final round of several notes Sorensen emailed about Loughner said: "We have a mentally unstable person in the class that scares the living cr** out of me. He is one of those whose picture you see on the news, after he has come into class with an automatic weapon. Everyone interviewed would say, Yeah, he was in my math class and he was really weird." Sorensen and Loughner were in summer class prior to Loughner's murders of six people at the Tucson shopping mall, including a federal judge and a 9 year-old girl, and critically wounded Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, among others never named. Loughner also had a criminal record, including one charge for possessing drug paraphernalia which makes for a deadly combination with mental illness.
